These terms and conditions outline your responsibilities in attending Miss Donna's Balloon Retreat 2024. It is important to carefully review them as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. By proceeding to register, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. 

By coming to Twisted Balloon Retreat 2024, I agree to the following terms:

I agree to conduct myself in a professional and responsible manner while at BALLOON RETREAT.
I understand that if I violate any of these below-listed rules at BALLOON RETREAT 2024, the producers have the right to revoke my registration and ask me to leave the event.

I understand that both video and regular cameras will be in use at the convention and I am permitting the use of my image and likeness as well as that of my crew and creations for the purposes of the promotion and marketing of the BALLOON RETREAT Convention.

I agree that in no way, shape or form will I audio or video record any information that is shared in the classrooms at BALLOON RETREAT. I acknowledge that I do not have permission to do any audio or video recording of any kind in any classroom setting at BALLOON RETREAT 2024 - UNLESS given specific permission by the instructor to do so.

I understand that by attending BALLOON RETREAT 2024, I am doing so of my own free will. I agree that I release BALLOON RETREAT, its producers, staff, sponsors, vendors and support partners from any responsibility for any injuries, illness or death that may occur to myself, as well as to anyone else that I am registering.

In addition, should BALLOON RETREAT 2024 need to be postponed or rescheduled as a result of COVID-19 or another global pandemic, and/or any other substantial reason such as war, bushfire, floods, etc, I acknowledge and accept that my registration will be transferred to the new date at no additional cost to me. I also agree not to cancel my registration to BALLOON RETREAT 2024 should the event need to be rescheduled for any reason.

I understand and agree that while at the convention, myself, anyone else I am registering including but not limited to family members or employees will conduct themselves in a manner that is safe and responsible to others as well as to our own persons.

I understand that BALLOON RETREAT tickets are in ONE person's name only (the ticket holder) You will be given a named ID pass on arrival. Partial retreat tickets CANNOT be sold, transferred or shared with another person.

Finally, I clearly state that I have read and agree to the BALLOON RETREAT Cancellation Policy before I have completed my payment to attend BALLOON RETREAT 2024.
